Happy Easter

Our first happiness boy had a great time hunting Easter eggs with his
friends!! Tonight he told me his friend Kenzie's mom has a baby in
her belly. He said my belly would have yo be too big for him so it was
better to go get him in China. What insight!! :)

Why they call it paperchasing

We are currently "paperchasing". Why do they call it paperchasing? Because you chase papers. We currently have all our "papers" together but are waiting on 2 very important papers. The first is a birth certificate from ME from the State of Texas. This is our second attempt to get the "Right" paper. I submited the request and paid for the birth certificate on 3-10 and am waiting for the thing to be mailed. With Easter holiday I was hoping (not hopping) it would be here before Easter so we could send all the papers, now they would be a dossier to our Agency to begin the certification and authentification and translation process so it becomes a "dossier to China"!!! or DTC for short.
The second important paper is the approval from Immigration or USCIS. We have sent in our application and are waiting for an appointment for fingerprinting which will then turn into waiting for approval.
Someone once said "TCIGT, To China In GOd's Time" ain't it the truth baby!!

Chuan Update

USCIS

We were happy to finally finish our homestudy last week and get all the appropriate documents together to complete it. As in everything, it took longer than expected but everything is in God's time frame not ours. We will hope for a speedy fingerprinting appointment and approval from them. Now we are hastily putting all our other documents together to be notarized and state sealed and authenticated. I did find out that our Agency will do all the state sealing and authentication which at least saves me having to do that work. I just have to get the documents together......
